MAFC's upstream activity is also focused on introducing "Agripreneur Programme" to facilitate continuous development of high-technology production techniques and implementation of sustainable agricultural ecosystems among local producers and young graduates.

What is MAP?

MAP is introduced as part of MAFC’s growth plans and aims to develop competencies in high-technology farming relating to specific crops. Successful applicants will undergo training involving structured on-the-job exposure combined with technical and management training under the guidance of subject matter experts.

Those that successfully complete the programme and are found suitable to continue the practise maybe considered for employment in managerial and technical roles in MAFC or may take up opportunities to become MAFC’s contract farmers.
