AGRONOMIST
(Specializing in tropical fruit and vegetable)
• To develop methods that will improve the use of soil and increase the production of food and fiber crops
• To conduct research in crop rotation, irrigation and drainage, plant breeding, soil classification, soil fertility, weed control, and other areas;
• To monitor each of the agriculture project's activities and ensure it is actively associated with the company farming targets;
• To suggest the sustainable methods in achieving the company's agriculture project's targets;
• To ensure that the agriculture projects are environmentally sustainable so that ecological foundations and bio-diversity are not destroyed;
• To advise on good farming practice applicable for the projects;
• To analyze and interprets the agriculture's current issues and opportunities;
• Independent, innovative and able to do multi task efficiently;
• Applicants should possess good supervisory, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to work on irregular hours when required.
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new and existing products packaging;
• Candidates must have good assessment of packaging material and technical interpretation of results products packaging;
• Required skill(s): Handling Packaging equipment.
AGRI SERVICE MANAGER
• Preferably a Diploma or Degree in agriculture or equivalent;
• Candidate should have some working experience in the agriculture sector;
• Ability to plan and organize rural agricultural operations;
• Provide regional customer service support;
• Provide local logistics coordination support;
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and computer literate;
• Results driven, customer service oriented;
• Familiar with local routes and possess own transport;
• Ability to plan for product movement from farm to customer;
• Able to work under pressure and willingness to learn.
ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS
(This position reports directly to the Director of Finance)
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting transaction activities and responsible for the credit control functions;
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts for company and subsidiaries for consolidation and submission of all financial reports to the management and board of directors;
• Implement, review and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures throughout the organization and ensuring adequate internal controls have been instituted consistent with the statutory and corporate requirements including follow up and implementation of risk management recommendations;
• Develop annual budget and perform cash flow management and budgetary control;
• Ensure compliance with all financial related statutory requirements;
• Liaise with external parties e.g. bankers, auditors, and other Government Authorities;
Requirements:
• Must possess a Bachelors degree, professional degree in Finance and Accountancy or its equivalent and/or ACCA/CPA/CIMA or its equivalent and be a member of MIA.
• At least 5-7 years relevant experience and able to lead and supervise a team of subordinates.
• Able to collate and analyze information for presentation.
• Experience and literate in accounting software package.
• Good in written and spoken English.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
• Handling the project accounting, product costing, standard cost evaluation, inventory control, managing monthly stock count and reviewing costing criteria;
• Preparing management reports, analyzing cost variances, cash flow projections and other accounting related matters.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or part professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA.AIA or LCCI higher);
• 2-3 years experience in handling management accounts and costing especially in ERP system or computerized environment;
• Experience in product costing using ERP system would be an added advantage;
• Willing to travel;
• Must be computer literate;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
• Handling the transactions for either accounts receivable or payable for the organization;
• Preparing management reports, analyzing cost variances, cash flow projections and other accounting related matters;
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy or other related qualification.
• 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Willing to travel.
• Must be computer literate, knowledge of accounting system would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
CORPORATE FINANCE
• Identifying and analyzing trends, patterns and insights to business performance, potential business development or area of improvements;
• Perform project and business feasibility and viability including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, developing project ratios and performance targets;
• Project structuring and analyzing cost benefits analysis;
• Review and advise management on project measurement, performance monitoring and risk mitigation actions.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or part professional accounting qualifications such as CA, CPA and ACCA.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and also as a team player.
• Has good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel.
RISK MANAGEMENT
(Managers and Executives)
• Candidate must be knowledgeable on breakthrough risk management strategies, business operations;
• Exposure in implementing enterprise-wide risk management methodologies with focus on process reviews strategic risk assessment with entrepreneurial spirit and can translate feasibility studies;
• Facilitate identification and prioritization of business risks and review/report activities to manage high priority business risks, red flags/gaps, savings or exposures;
• Must have excellent both written and verbal skills;
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business; Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/ • • Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent;
• Required skill(s): Risk Management Strategies.
LEGAL AND COMPANY SECRETARY
• LLB or other recognized Law Degree;
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in a corporate environment;
• Able to provide sound legal advice, draft and vet contracts and other commercial agreements and legal documents;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently, resourceful and responsible professional who possess strong analytical skill with an eye for detail;
• Knowledge and experience in company secretarial practice is an added advantage.
FOOD SAFETY AUDITORS
• Facilitate update and thorough understanding on the technical aspects and implications of national and international regulations and standards pertaining to food safety;
• Facilitate the interpretation and application of food safety regulations and standards on MAFC entities, products and services;
• Conduct assessment against food safety requirements, monitor and analyze the implementation of food safety and quality system, where required provide recommendations for a pragmatic implementation of corrective actions;
• Knowledge and working experience of GMP, HACCP or standards related to food safety will have distinct advantage;
• Good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel all over Malaysia.
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
The primary role of the position shall be supervision and control of all aspects of production machinery and support equipment operation repairs
• To respond to machine failure from Production Department.
• To troubleshoot electrical faults and the necessary repairs.
• To update, maintain and plan maintenance schedule.
• To supervise maintenance schedule and execution.
• To upkeep and update documents of machinery in the factory.
• To organize and upgrade projects given by immediate supervisor
• Familiar with ISO records on maintenance.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess a Diploma or/and Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 900/1400, Environment, Health & Safety aspects relating to the industry
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field
• Applicants must be willing to work in operation locations (Central, Pahang and Johor)
AGRI-RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS
• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
